Guest Blog Post Guidelines

Our blog's focus is to share content that is informative, captivating, and enjoyable. We aim to avoid material that centers on promoting our products or services, as we prioritize building trust with our collectors. We believe that pushing unnecessary promotions destroys trust, even if the advice is helpful.

When generating ideas for your post, consider if it will resonate with the Talent Intelligence Collective audience, provide solutions that do not require purchasing a product, and if you are qualified to write about the topic. Additionally, consider what unique perspective you can bring to the topic that nobody else can. We suggest that posts range from 1,000 to 1,500+ words in length, as we find this length to be ideal for our readers.

To enhance the readability of your piece, incorporate headings, subheadings, bullets, and other visual elements to break up your content. Write in a natural, conversational tone that showcases your expertise without sounding robotic. Although we strive to produce authoritative content, we encourage you to inject humor into your writing. However, keep it PG-13 rated.

All content must be original; we do not accept duplicate or syndicated content as guest posts. If you reference other content, be sure to link back to the original source and always name your sources. Speak authoritatively about your real-world experience, including mistakes, plans, and strategies that you've executed.

Take a stance on your topic and support your viewpoint with facts, screenshots, and external references. If possible, include verifiable data and statistics from reputable sources.

When applicable, include outbound links to authoritative sites, only linking to your site if it's highly relevant. We also suggest incorporating lists and bullets as readers tend to skim articles until they find value. Recap the main takeaways of your article as bullet points at the end of your post.

Before beginning your post, we'll collaborate and agree on a topic and title. Once the topic is established, provide a deadline for submitting the article for review. After submitting your draft, include a short bio, including a link to your LinkedIn profile and/or website. We'll let you know when your post is scheduled to go live.
